D.I.C.E. Hub

Terms of Service

Effective date: 10/16/2026

These Terms of Service govern purchases, registrations, and use of training services offered by D.I.C.E. Group, LLC, operating as D.I.C.E. Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), through dicedentalhub.com.

By checking the agreement box during registration or purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy presented at checkout.

1. Our Services

We provide educational services, including live online training for dental professionals and teams. Each course description identifies its topics, duration, price, delivery method, and applicable completion requirements.

A registration purchases admission for one named attendee to one scheduled class, unless the purchased offer expressly states otherwise.

Private team training is subject to the written terms provided with its booking. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the private booking terms control for that session.

2. Registration and Payment

You agree to provide accurate registration and billing information and keep your contact details current.

Full payment is required to confirm a seat unless we approve a different arrangement in writing. Prices, currency, and applicable charges are disclosed before payment.

For group purchases, the purchaser must provide a complete attendee roster. Each participant must be individually registered, even when attending from a shared location.

Purchases are for the class or package described at checkout. They do not automatically renew or authorize future annual charges unless you separately agree to a recurring purchase.

3. Scheduling and Access

Attend the date and time shown in your confirmation. Check the displayed time zone and contact us promptly if any booking details appear incorrect.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, adequate internet access, and working audio. Please test your connection and join approximately 10 minutes before class.

Meeting links, passcodes, and course access are intended for registered attendees. Do not share them with unregistered participants.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy forms part of this agreement. Its principal terms are:

Cancel at least 48 hours before class begins for a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before class are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.

Request a one-time, no-charge transfer before the original class begins. The replacement must be an available session of the same course within 90 days of the original date.

If we cannot offer an available replacement within that period, we will offer an extension or refund.

Transferring a registration does not restart the original refund deadline.

Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge when requested before class begins.

No-shows without advance contact are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Unexpected emergencies may be reviewed individually.

If we cancel a class or change its date or time, you may choose a replacement session or a full refund.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Participant-side technical problems do not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us promptly so we can review assistance or a possible transfer. If a technical problem on our side prevents delivery, you may choose a replacement session or full refund.

Submit requests to [email protected]. Deadlines are measured from receipt of your request against the class start time and time zone in your confirmation.

5. Attendance and Completion Documentation

Join using your registered first and last name. We may use attendance reports, participation checks, assessments, or other disclosed methods to verify completion.

Late arrival, early departure, extended absence, or failure to meet the course’s stated requirements may prevent issuance of completion documentation.

A certificate of completion documents completion of our course. It is not an OSHA-issued certification, professional license, or guarantee of regulatory compliance.

Continuing education credit is available only when expressly stated in the course description. Participants are responsible for confirming acceptance by their licensing board or other organization.

6. Employer Responsibilities and Educational Scope

Our training supports education and applicable training obligations. It does not replace an employer’s responsibility to assess workplace hazards, maintain required plans and records, implement safe practices, or provide workplace-specific instruction.

For bloodborne pathogens training, employers remain responsible for required practice-specific information, including their exposure control plan, exposure reporting procedures, equipment, and designated contacts.

Course duration describes our format; it does not represent a universal regulatory minimum.

Training materials provide general educational information and are not individualized legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Requirements may vary by jurisdiction and workplace.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants must interact respectfully and avoid disrupting instruction.

Do not submit or disclose patient-identifying information, confidential employer information without authorization, or other sensitive information during registration, discussion, screen sharing, or chat.

We may restrict access or remove a participant for serious or repeated disruption, harassment, unauthorized access sharing, or other material violations. When practical, we will provide a warning first. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful, honest reviews or feedback about our services.

8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, our presentations, workbooks, videos, and other original materials belong to us or our licensors.

Your purchase permits personal learning use and internal use of resources expressly provided for your practice’s implementation. You may not resell, publicly distribute, publish, or use our materials to deliver your own training without written permission.

Do not record a session without our prior written permission and any other consent required from participants. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

9. Recordings and Privacy

We explain our information practices in our Privacy Policy, available at training.dicedentalhub.com/privacy-policy.

If we plan to record a class, we will notify participants, explain the recording’s intended use and audience, and obtain consent where required.

Registering for training does not grant permission to use your identifiable image, voice, or testimonial in public marketing. We will request separate permission for that use.

10. Email and SMS Communications

We send emails necessary to administer inquiries, bookings, purchases, and training. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option.

D.I.C.E. Hub SMS Program: If you separately opt in, we may send registration confirmations, class reminders, scheduling updates, customer-service messages, and—where separately authorized—promotional messages.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accepting these Terms or providing a phone number does not, by itself, constitute SMS marketing consent.

11. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Zoom, and payment providers. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party platform availability. If an interruption prevents us from delivering a class, the remedies described in Section 4 apply.

12. No Guaranteed Business or Compliance Outcome

We aim to provide accurate, useful instruction. We do not guarantee inspection results, prevention of every incident, licensing approval, business results, or complete regulatory compliance from course attendance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, refunds, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future registrations. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date.

The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to the change. We will not retroactively reduce an existing refund entitlement through a policy update.

14. Questions and Disputes

Please contact us first with concerns so we can attempt to resolve them. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights, seeking assistance from a regulator, or using an available dispute process.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
