D.I.C.E. Hub is operated by D.I.C.E Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through dicedentalhub.com, class registrations, live training, and related communications.

This policy covers our education and training services. Other business divisions may have separate privacy notices.

Professional information: Practice or employer name, job title, state, and training needs.

Registration and transaction information: Selected classes, purchases, payment status, refunds, and rescheduling requests.

Communication preferences: Email subscriptions, text-message consent, and opt-out requests.

Technical information: Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions with our website.

We use personal information to:

Process registrations, payments, refunds, and booking changes.

Deliver training and provide joining instructions and materials.

Send confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

Verify attendance and completion and maintain training records.

Respond to inquiries and provide support.

Send promotional communications where permitted and consistent with your choices.

Improve our services, maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations.

Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We use service providers such as GoHighLevel for website, registration, customer communications, and related business functions; Zoom for live training; and Stripe for payment processing.

These providers process information needed to perform their services. Their own privacy notices also explain how they handle information.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud or misuse.

If the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred subject to applicable law and privacy commitments.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Employer-Sponsored Training

When your employer purchases or arranges your training, we may provide that employer or its authorized coordinator with information needed to administer the training, including your name, course, attendance, completion status, and completion documentation.

We do not provide your unrelated private communications or marketing preferences as part of routine employer reporting.

Live Classes and Recordings

During live classes, your display name, messages, and any audio, video, or screen content you choose to share may be visible to the instructor and other participants.

If we plan to record a session, we will notify participants before recording and obtain consent where required. We will explain the intended use and audience of the recording. We will seek separate permission before using an identifiable participant’s image, voice, or testimonial in public marketing.

Please do not disclose patient information or other confidential information in registration forms, chat, recordings, or class discussions.

Email and Text Messages

We send service emails related to inquiries, purchases, registrations, and training. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about an existing booking or transaction.

If you opt in to text messages, we may send the types of messages described when you consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Marketing text consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for others’ marketing. We may provide necessary information to messaging service providers solely to deliver and support our messages.

Information Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining training and transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable requirements.

Retention periods vary by record type. Some records may be retained after a deletion request when there is a lawful reason to keep them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy of your information or opting out of certain processing. We will respond as required by applicable law and may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adult professionals and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Third-Party Websites

Our website and training materials may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
